Tomorrow’s Engineers Week 2025

It’s happening this week! 🎉

Now in its 13th year, the campaign celebrates the creativity and resilience at the heart of engineering and technology. This year’s theme, “Dare to Discover,” encourages young people to see that you don’t have to get everything right the first time.

The organisers are calling on engineers, technicians, and STEM professionals to share their stories, from projects that didn’t go as planned to unexpected career paths (kind of like FeminSTEM!). These stories are going to be shared in schools to show that mistakes can lead to breakthroughs and that there’s no single route into a STEM career.

Educators can access free lesson plans, videos, and classroom resources, while companies and organisations are invited to get involved by sharing content, joining activities, or using the official toolkit and social media assets to spread the word.

It’s a great opportunity to get involved if you want to help inspire the next generation. Download the stakeholder toolkit or sign up for updates via the EngineeringUK newsletter (I already have!).

Community Updates 💜

Member Since 2025 💜

Hey everyone 💕

I got a request the other week for a LinkedIn banner to show off that you’re part of our community. So here it is! I’ve created a FeminSTEM “Member Since 2025” LinkedIn banner so you can proudly show that you’re part of the movement.

It’s a little badge of honour for everyone who’s been here from the start, whether you’re studying, working in STEM, or just cheering other women on from the sidelines. Pop it on your LinkedInInstagram, or anywhere you want your network to know you’re part of something empowering and uplifting.

This one’s a limited edition (‘member since 2025’) so it’ll only be available until 31 December 2025.

Once you’ve added your banner, tag me on LinkedIn or use #FeminSTEM, I’d love to share and celebrate you! Let’s fill LinkedIn with women in STEM who are proud to be part of something bigger.
