Weekly STEMspiration ⭐️
This week imposter syndrome has been on my mind – it’s so common in women (myself included!), especially women in STEM. These reminders help me:
- Keeping score – Write down your wins, no matter how small. When your brain tells you “you’re not good enough”, you can go to your list and convince yourself otherwise.
- Reframe the narrative – Instead of “I don’t belong here”, reframe it to “I’m learning and growing here.” Nobody starts as an expert.
